I've been MIA lately....after finding out my cholesterol was high, I wanted to do something about it. I decided to try eating raw. I'll update with a post about that experience, but for now, I have been trying to eat as healthily as I can, and yes, this includes cooked foods. I'm also squeezin' in sweat sessions whenever I can. TurboJam anyone?
As for this post, sometimes on the weekend you just want a quick, easy lunch. I know many people may look down on pre-packaged sammiches, but if you find one that's high quality, you can pair it with some soup or a salad. We had ours with some leftover Sunshine Soup and the entire meal was luscious.
For us the entire meal costed $6 (my sammiches were free, we had leftovers from an event at the job). Can't get any better than that! :-)
